This is the first child for Traci and me. Samantha drove the express train into this rough-and-tumble world and arrived earlier than expected. We couldn\u2019t be prouder of her and her fighting spirit. She\u2019s truly a Picacio, and my wife is a hero for her toughness and fortitude all along.
