R. Martin<\/a> for editing <em>Wildcards<\/em>, one of my favorite of all fiction universes. A mighty blast of Loteria karma to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.leighbardugo.com\/index1.html\" target=\"_blank\">Leigh Bardugo<\/a> \u2014 her Grisha Trilogy (and especially <a href=\"http:\/\/www.barnesandnoble.com\/w\/shadow-and-bone-leigh-bardugo\/1105622727?ean=9781250027436\" target=\"_blank\"><em>Shadow and Bone<\/em><\/a>) is the waking dream that helped birth \u2018El Venado\u2019.
