Been away from the blogging for a while. This month, Pyr released the third book in Mike Resnick’s STARSHIP series, STARSHIP: MERCENARY. I’ve illustrated all of the covers thus far, and I’ll soon start working on the fourth in the five-book series, STARSHIP: REBEL. Can’t wait! Love the art work, though Starship: Pirate is my favorite as far as the covers. I always wondered if the woman on the cover was “Val”, only b/c I didn’t picture her that Feminine. Anyhow, I was looking for news on Rebel and I figured while I was here I would tell you how much I enjoy the art work. Looking foward to more.

Thanks very much for the kind words. I’ll start the cover for REBEL very soon here. Should release December ’08, I believe, but don’t quote me on that. As you probably already know MERCENARY just released this month. They’re terrific books……I’m glad folks are digging them. All the best to you for the New Year!
